cancellation
As a customer without outstanding account I can request my services to be cancelled when I need it to be. But the callcentre makhosazana refuse to cancel my account as I need it stop with immediate effect. What type of a service is this as I don't have any outstanding balance why can I not cancel my account? Why should it be a problem to cancel it? I pay my account with a debit order every month what I will be loosing out on this month will be on me not anyone.
