Cancelation of body corporate dstv

Good day, I live in Bergprag Retirement Village in Bethlehem, Free State. I want to cancel my DSTV subscription which the body corporate made available. I gave notice via my email on the 19.3.2025 Since then Multichoice informed our office that my contract will be ended on 31.3.2025. Its now the 7.4.2025. My serial no. of my decoder is A303 998 643. I'm só frustrated. Our office is also doing their best,but to no avail.
