Cancelation not done

I have had the worst experience with this company. I requested a cancellation of my account last month. Made all the payments ad per their request. However, they still have not canceled my subscription. Now when I called to ask why has it not been canceled they all of a sudden say they didn't receive my payment.

This is strange because they got the subscription amount which by the way I was forced to pay. I am on the line with the call center and have been on hold for over 15 mins.

I wander who they think is paying for this call.
