Cancelation

Yesterday i used the dstv app to upgrade my package and it said i need to pay R271 bt i paid R280. Till today it is not playing. Call centre staff are useless i have been calling since yesterday but everyone assisting me has a different story. I have waisted my R280 coz i can not view the compact still today and i have wasted my time and airtime calling the call centre. I want my money back better i stay on easy view than to pay money and get nothing.
