Cancel your subscriptions people
Been 2 months and STILL can't watch Live TV, they have no interest in sorting out the issue no wonder people cancel their subscription

Kindly note that the was escalated to the DStv Stream Tech department and we followed up on the escalation.
The reply from Tech department was that you may need to contact your ISP as our logs reveal that a hosting IP is in use which may also be the reason for the issue experienced.
Note Hosting IP are not allowed and will result in the customers profile being blocked.
