Cancel the stupid chat service

Multi choice chat service is putrid to say the least. I have been paying double premiums for exploras that I do not have now I tell them it was supposed to be extra view, they saying it's a technical issue I can now not view channels on the extra view because it does not link to the explorer I have been paying almost 2000 a month and now they say it's technical and I have to wait 24 hours I think is best for you to cancel all services and give me back all my money Noluthando thanks for nothing.
