Cancel my subscription
This is now my second complaint regarding my channels being blocked while my account is active. I would like to cancel my subscription with DSTV because honestly I'm not getting any help. On Tuesday I was told that my channels will be unblocked by Wednesday because the agent couldn't figure out what was wrong with my channels so she was "escalating" the matter.
