Cancel my subscription

Ive been charged extra for the last couple of months and i didn’t realise it because i have a debit order that i dont check every month. I must cancel this subscription because dstv is useless anyway. I cant even get a hold of a call centre agent to look into my matter. I cant be charged more than R300 extra every month.
