I tried to do a change of ownership with dstv online. To this day I have no clear understanding of why my change could not be effected. They did something I least expected which was to send me an unknown number stating they triwd to contact me. To this day the change has not been effected. At last minute they tell me to visit their branch. Knowing very well we are on lockdown they insist I do a walk in. Completely ridiculous Multichoice is becoming moreand more a joke everyday! I am considering canceling my subscription with them.
