Cancel Movie Add on Bundle & Refund me asap
Please help me cancel the "Movie add on bundle" I want to be on DStv Access Package only. I never requested for the Movies add on to be added. I do not know who added it. Last month I called the call center & was assured it was cancelled, again this month I am being charged for it...WHY? Please cancel the Movie add on I do not want it. I called the call center again today and was promised that it's cancelled & that I will get a refund after 30mins...but still the add on bundle it's still there & no refund.
