Cancel insurance

Early Feb 25 I noticed that my monthly subscription has gone up to 389 prior to that Jan I paid more than my monthly fee. I called and was advised that I'm paying for an insurance which I don't know how it was added. Asked 2 consultants to cancel but to my surprise it's still there not cancelled. Smart va
