CANCEL DSTV - NETFLIX / Showmax IS A WAY CHEAPER OPTION!

So I contacted DSTV this morning to reconnect services as I suspended them in September as they are way over priced with nothing to watch! I get told I need to pay R381.46 to be reconnected as she picked up there was an error on my account as they carried on billing me even though I had cancelled my subscription. I got the same amount from 2 representatives I then call after they confirm they have received payment to ask why my services are still inactive to be told there is another amount outstanding which is the error the first lady had picked up. I have now been on the phone for over an hour with them to be told there is nothing they can do until I pay the amount outstanding. I DO NOT GET IT AS I WAS ON A DEBIT ORDER so how can there even be an amount outstanding??? I HATE DSTV!!!!

How can 2 different representatives give me the same amount and the 3rd time there is a different amount!!!!
