Can you believe it?!?

I Received a Walka as a gift. In June 2017, due to financial reasons I downgraded to compact plus which meant I no longer get to use the walka as the service is only to premium subscribers or you have to pay R49.00 pm for the walka. I went back on premium again and wanted to use the walka and I was informed that the walka service has been discontinued as DSTV no longer supports the software for said item and that they give customers a R500.00 takelot voucher in lieu of the discontinued service. When I querried when I would receive a voucher I was informed that I do not qualify for a voucher as I was not a premium subscriber at the time that the walka service was cancelled. This is total bull**** as I know sit with a walka that is basically an ornament.
