Can't watch cricket

<p>I wanted to watch IPL cricket highlights at 12.45am. Nothing but cycling on the only cricket channel we have. I waited until 2am before the match was rebroadcast, and then at 3.30am a message on the screen ' Maintenance in Progress. Box is Unresponive up to 3 minutes. Do Not remove power from box or reset' was displayed. So could not watch match. This is not service I payed premium for, either refund me a day's watching or I cancel.</p>

It has been advised that IPL cricket highlights did broadcast with no interruptions. Also, there was a repeat this morning.

There's a possibility of a software upgrade during your viewing period. Hence the message (Maintenance in Progress) was displayed.

The Giro d'Italia is broadcast in full on channel 207. Highlights are at 1am on Channel 202. Why do you broadcast highlights of cycling on the cricket channel? Leave it alone and show highlights on one of your many soccer channels

Dear Gerard, Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians match was live at 16h30, and highlight were at 20h30 and again at 21h30. As much as we use SS2 to accommodate cricket but it’s not a cricket channel therefore we can televise other sport hence we had Cycling Giro d'Italia from 23h30 -01h50, and from 01h50 we had the full repeat of that Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians match. Once I have confirmation from Supersport that 202 is not a cricket channel I will downgrade accordingly. IPL should be broadcast 24/7 as it is a major tournament with local players unlike the Giro DItalia which should be broadcast on SSelect like varsity sport., it is not a major event.

There are 2 dedicated football channels 203 and 204 and no cricket or rugby dedicated channel. Indeed 202 is not a cricket channel. Please broadcast football on 202 as well. I will be downgrading.
