can't speak to right person

I called DSTV as showmax doesn't provide a contact number. After being passed around by several confused call centre agents I was advised to logon to the website and do live chat. Unfortunately the person on the other end couldn't answer my query. Hoping someone at showmax knows whats going on:<br> - When I use youtube to pick up content it costs me 350mb to stream (40 minute episode of breaking bad)<br> - To get the same content on a hard-drive is 350mb<br> - To use showmax to stream costs me over 1gb<br> Similarly, I watched a movie which should not be over 1.3gb in size (almost 2 hours). With showmax it consumes over 3gb.<br> Can someone explain this??? Because Multi-choice / showmax can't.
