Can't load premier on Explora

On Friday i got E16 errors on both my decoders. After 30 min on the phone it was fixed.<br> Saturday morning same thing, E16 errors.<br> After an hour on the phone i was told that they can't seem to figure out why my primary decoder doesn't want to accept the premier option. <br> They are escalating the matter. The problem is not on my side.
