Can't keep promise

I was promised by the above person in December that I will get my monthly magazine & statement(***). Can you post me my December & January magazine and my statement as per your promise. Once I receive them, I will just throw them into the bin. I just want DSTV to incur these additional printing & postage costs for the inconvenience they have caused me<br> moonsamy.dr
