Can't even deliver a parcel!!

<p>Ugh, if I count the number of my hours wasted by Multichoice ......</p> <p>Anyway, took up a Price Lock offer. I told them SPECIFICALLY to let me know 2 hours before the delivery, so I can arrange for someone to be at home. Lo and behold, they just pitch up at security unnannounced and nobody is home. Now they are gone. So I have to deal with the clueless call centre which of course blame the couriers. Just utter uselessness from DSTV/Multichoice. Once my Price Lock is done, so am I with DSTV. Just sick and tired of their useless products and service.</p>
