Can't Even Change Address

<p>I have been trying to get my new address updated with Multichoice now for more than a month ... How difficult can it be?? Well for Multichoice it seems impossible. If they dont't change the address to my work address or eventually get the address correct they get the postal code again incorrect. 15/09/2016 I got confirmation again from Desiree Lesuthu that address was changed and now correct!! I rep**** with the statement attached proving to her once again the address was changed to my work address. If my work paid for my DSTV Subscription surely that can be the address but they don't so now because of this incompetence I never receive my Monthly Magazine ... Again I wonder how difficult can it be for a company like Multichoice to just get a new address updated and do it correctly? I have had it now, your serivice or rather lack there of is PATHETIC. How do you plan to get this right eventually and more importantly how do you propose to compensate me for this PATHETIC SERVICE. I await feedback from somebody who can actually read and correct the problem</p>
