CAN'T ADD DSTV (MULTICHOICE) as a beneficiary!!

I have possibly tried 100 times to add Multichoice as a beneficiary on my ABSA beneficiary list.<br> I have contacted DSTV and ABSA regarding the above, both chasing me back to the other, which to no avail has lead me to a dead end street every time, wasting my money on phone calls.<br> <br> When adding the beneficiary it auto populates on the ABSA site and gives me the institutions account number (***) and the institution code (***), which as confirmed by Multichoice is CORRECT. I then enter my 8 digit customer number, once again confirmed by DSTV as being correct.<br> <br> Once i \click"add beneficiary ABSA returns an error \""ENTER A VALID BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT NUMBER\"".<br> <br> This is causing major frustration my side as I would like to pay my bills timeously.
