CAN I PLEASE NOT HAVE A GRACE TIME ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!

This is really NOT fair for multichoice to be charging you for the 3 day after your due date, i reconnected my Dstv account on the 19/05/2018 with an amount of R435 which is my monthly subsription of R385 + R50 reconnection fee, my account was unlocked and i was able to view my TV. This morning the 25/05/2018 when i switch on my Dstv it's locked againg, i called the contact centre and i spoke to Ms Ndabezitha who explained that Dstv charges you for the 3 days you watched after your due date so which means Dstv charged me R190 for the 3 days my Dish was on after my due date and i was charged R190 for watching from the 20/05/2018 to 24/05/2018? CAN I PLEASE NOT HAVE A GRACE TIME ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!! rather switch it off on the 20th if i didn't make a payment than charging me R190 for 4 days.
