Can i just close this account

End of July/ beginning August I cancelled extra view on my DSTV package and since then my life nje with DSTV is Hell. If I’m not over charged then they busy switching me from one package to another without my knowledge. Now they debiting from my FNB account which I never gave authority and I don’t use that account which mean that debit will reverse and I have to Pay fees?
