Can I get value for my hard earned money?!?

DSTV is really frustrating me now. I don’t know what I need to do in order for me to get assistance Every time they put me on hold the call gets disconnected conveniently so. This is frustrating. I’m currently on hold. This is the 5th call I am making

I paid R400 yesterday via eft after getting a sms reminder to pay R399 or my subscription will be suspended!

This morning at around 06:45 my subscription gets suspended. I later received an sms advising that I need to pay R449 for the subscription to be reconnected

So how does the call center work? If they are unable to assist you they just disconnect your call and rudely so?

In all honestly I am no longer getting my value for money.
