Can Ebrahim Stemmet please call me - Trying for two days to call you , not your call center.

I wish to speak to Mr Ebrahim Stemmet about some problems I am having with the call center, I have repeatedly asked to speak to you , but instead end up at the call center again . Nobody in the call center can resolve these issues of a blocked decoder and trying to get the form to unblock it does not happed.
