Calvo Mawela your service sucks..........Incompetence at its best

Firstly i want to advise DSTV that whatever they are trying to do with their call centre is horrible. I have dealt with your Randburg and yes they were bad but dealing with someone in KZN is terrible, there is so much lack of knowledge on their part. On Sunday i opted to upgrade my package with you and the agent i spoke with failed to do that, so i called in again and spoke to a very knowledgeable agent that assisted me whilst i was still on the phone. However she did not upgrade my PVR for extra view and yesterday i called in and i was told that it is because there is an extra charge of R27 which did not make sense because even the main Explorer should have been blocked. I was furious because was incompetence at its best and i paid R100 immediately and i i was placed on hold until the line cut and is after me been on the phone with them for over 40 minutes. I called back again and ended in KZN at which point i spoke to a clueless Ntobeko who just did not know what he was doing and after been on the phone with him for more than 30 minutes he could not assist me but told to unplug everything for about thirty minutes and everything will be fine but nothing is sorted because he gave nonsense advise. I wanted to upgrade but after everything i just want to even cancel the upgrade and cancel one of the contracts on our bill. I have taken my query before with your CEO and it was sorted quickly i just hope i dont need to take that route. Your IVR does everything in its power so that you dont speak to a person and yet it cant help you, referred me to Whattsapp and your bot could not assist me but referred me back to your call centre. Your processes are worse than Telkom and im sad that i just cant cancel the entire service with your company. Even made me pay a R100 for nothing. because of the calibre of people you decided to employ
