Called for payment info

Very disappointing after taking the time to call DSTV Call Centre to get my accurate bill and paid before the due date after such info given by a DSTV Agent. Now to my surprise I get notification to pay again. MNET is really taking advantage of their customers and this must STOP as they enjoy the Monopoly as this stage. Shame on you guys.... Catch a wake up.
