Call in centre accounts dep useless

Dstv phone in centre is completely useless after spending almost 4hrs over 2 days trying to get my decoder activated and hearing many different promises of my decoder that would be activated in the next few min and supervisors that woukd sort the issue and ph me back guess what im still waiting... I went to the walk in centre and my 3day long fight was sorted in 10min. Seriously considering to cancel dstv all together
