Call Centres Sucks in Sa

For 2 weeks now I have been trying to get our PVR connected.They are either experiencing system issues or there system is slow:The they put you on hold for 10 min on 2 occasions....I phoned back and wanted to speak to a supervisor and guess what got put on hold for 10 min again.I ended the call and phoned back to speak to a supervisor again and after 2 minutes I got disconnected...what **** service multi choice. I am closing this account and moving to Netflix
