Call Centre Service
Multichoice call centres are really shocking. I had to activate my decoder recently and after trying five of the call centre numbers I finally got to a person that could help me (actually the man himself was very helpful).

The fact that the call centre number either doesn't go through or drops the call after a few minutes of dead air (all the while eating my airtime) is really frustrating.

The customer survey that you get afterwards is also very smart, asking only about the call centre guy himself (quite good), instead of the whole call centre experience (generally ****).
