Call Centre not available after hours

In the absence of the best, whatever is available and look best...people turns to utilise such. This is exactly what is happening at Mutlichoice. There used to be after hours call agents and now such is not available..when we call in, we get told that we must call in during office hours. At 19:00, already no call agent to assist you....it's extremely pathetic....Mutlichoice, you know that your service is not the best but you act as if its excellent. In my case I'm stuck with you because SABC is dragging it foot for digital switch and e-TV is trying but...still not OK.

I'm not sure whether it because of cost cut/savings that we as customers we have to struggle. Maybe what needs to be looked at is your contract with South Africa Broadcast Council regarding the methods and mandatory means that you will follow so to ensure that you provide best service to customer, because what is currently done by you (Multichoice) is totally WRONG.

What happen if the decoder give me trouble at 22:00 and I don't have means to access internet? What happens in my case who solely depends on calling...Your cost cut on operation is not benefit us as customers, but suffering us.
