Call Centre Clueless

I wanted to take my decoder in for repair. Nothing on the site to tell me which Service Centre was closest. Phoned Call centre. Assistants have no matrix/tool to enable them to answer. I am in Ballito and was given Durban and Harrismith!!!!! (Geography not her strong subject - but then Multichoice should not expect it.) I recalled that my secretary had last taken my decoder into an agent in Umhlanga and I was given those details. I don't know if it is the closest but certainly a whole lot closer than Harrismith. I then asked to be put through to 'Survey' so that I could report this deficiency and I was summarily cut off.
