call centre brilliance
Good day. I called in to activate a new account for my girlfriend Mankoko Mabusela. I got through to Masego. She gave me great service and had the type of rapport that made me feel like she's a good friend. She provided all additional info. I had great service from her and wish her the best with her exams. Well done Masego! Great job!
