Phoned in on 3 seperate occasions, once connected to an operator, you immediately discover that they are only trained on the very BASIC of procedures. Once your query exceeds their knowledge base they ask you to hold on and then let you hold on until you literally time out or disconnect .They never attempt getting back to you or return your call.
