Call center dstv

Dstv by far has been the worst service i have in counted consultant to their supervisor, no help what so ever. i have been dealing with them since December with no luck, Finally Palesa from price lock department helped us after i rated their service poor. We took the price lock package with extra view, only one decoder was delivered. I have been calling for the past two weeks to get the other decoder, every promised to follow up and contact me, but no one ever does i have to take time every single day to follow up, i have spoken to Ndileka, desree lerato ilsha which they escalated to their supervisors Mpho Leimela who never bothered to call me, Then Lunga the supervisor called me once .now he is doing the run around, its either he is not in or he will call me back,. Today since in the morning i have been waiting for his call after ten minutes, its now 17:00 im now on live chat with zama, who is insisting i must start my story all over, and say there is nothing on the note that explain my issue, In have then requested e-mail of the call centre manager and guess what they refused , his name is Mark. i have saved all the chats i have having with muliti choice. I am TIRED I NEED MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED ASAP. they quick to switch of their service when you don't pay , but their service is POOR, mulitichoice used to be one of the best companies now its a disaster .
