I've been trying to get my dstv compact on price lock since last year November 2023 , I call in and get sent from pillar to post. I call in and get told I'm on the wrong department and can't be transferred to the correct one so I must call again, then the cycle repeats itself. I'm tired of the incompetence of the agents and thus looking into other forms of entertainment as I can't deal with such.
