Sold me insurance on false pretence. January 2024 one of their lady angent called me, saying Ds Tv or multichoice was thanking me for being a loyal client. So I needed I choose someone who will be my beneficiary in case I die , that he will get R6000 or watch Ds Tv for 6 months or 2years free . I then asked her , how much I do I pay? She said it is free. But on February 2024 I went to pay R449 as usual but was told it is now R610 , I refused to that amount . I only pay R449, and I called them to cancel because I was told lies, the agreed to cancel and report the agent for false representation of the insurance. Now same story on 25 March 2024 I paid R449 which I know as my monthly payment but they have suspended my package because they say I owe them R227
