Buy and get promotion

I am actually so disgusted with the service from Samsung. I bought a refrigerator in the month of November 2021 at Game store in N1 City, it was on a promotion. Buy and get (a silver tier reward where you purchase the fridge and get 50 % discount off your Dstv for 12months). I was told in the store by a Samsung agent to redeem the reward I must contact Samsung which I did after paperwork was done I was told to wait for Dstv to contact me. After I was contacted on the 14th of January informing me about the 12 months discount I was told from end January 2022 till the end of December my 50 % discount will kick In. I contacted Dstv who now all of a sudden have no clue of a discount from Samsung but they are the company that contacted me about the discount. The Dstv agent who contacted me could not be allocated. Nowhere to be found. I called Samsung again who is giving me a million excuses and I was told I need to wait for Dstv to contact me again. How can Dstv contact me if they have no knowledge of this promotion?
