After many years with DSTV I went with a cheaper package and downgraded from Premium, this was essentially substantially less, from +/- R1300 to R210.00 ( what I paid ). I subsequently decided a few days ago to upgrade to Compact which is R470,00 PM. My balance was R0.00 at the time, however it now sits at R1654.00 and is payable on 9th May.

Multichoice/DSTV are *********, unprofessional and taking a liberty in trying to exploit me as a consumer.

This is the reward for being a long and loyal subscriber.

To make matters worse their support team are completely ignoring my email correspondence, giving my complaints and concerns absolutely no priority.
