Bunch of useless ******
On the 20 Feb 2020 I wrote a complain on this platform regarding my Mothers DSTV account. This is after the call centre failed to assist me. A **** by the name of Ntando called me and made all sorts of promises , (1 of the lies was that he will call me back after 2 days of which he didn't) . Fast Forward a week later the issue still persist. I no linger have energy of fighting with this company.

26 Feb 2020, 12:37Ntando you promised me a call in two days, if you were proactive enough you would have called and gave me your direct email address/number incase we got disconnected again. I don't find joy in logging these complains.
