Bunch of *******!!!!

I turn on my holiday home decoder for 4 days (28/02/2020 - 02/03/2020), the app states I will pay R79 (there about), I sign into my app to day to check that the decoder is off, it is NOT, and I see that I owe R2,671.00 - they are *******!!!!!
