Bunch of *****
I have cancelled my account in Sep 2014 by sending a message on their website. A Multichoice consultant gave me a call saying my account is paid until the 4th of October so there is no issue. Beginning of October another debit order went off on my account and I reversed it the same day. I have sent Multichoice an email saying I have cancelled my account and no payment is due. On the 9th of June 2015 I receive an sms saying my account is handed over... No calls, no emails, no monthly statement send saying there is an amount outstanding. After emailing again, I only get replies saying I have never cancelled my account and there is no record of a call made to me. I asked for a manager to call me. The manager told me that they can see that I have send a message on their website but their system does not save the actual message (ha ha). She also confirmed that no consultant has phoned me in September. After the call I looked at my call history and guess what, I received a call 29/09/2014 at 14h03. I have requested a recording of the call, but still Multichoice is saying they never called me. Is this how you treat your loyal customers and possible future customers?
