Bunch of incompetence, have been waiting for an investigation to be completed and get feedback even today

Bunch of incompetence, have been waiting for an investigation to be completed and get feedback even today.Now i am being billed for Data that expires in December whereas i have Data that expires in October when i query im being told that i should let it expires as it will be topped up. I am the one whose paying for that DATA and they dont care. I am really Fedup with multi choice.
