Bunch of idiots cannot do one thing right

I have to decoders with multichoice on different addresses. I went to the service centre in Centurion with my sister abd spend over an hour there. I requested that one of the decoders be under her name since its in her address. Qe brought paper work. We qere requested to bring proof of address which we happily sourced. All paper work required was given by hand and debit order dates decided my sister filled in an application as requested. The lady informed us that because it was a Saturday all this will be processed on Monday. We understood and left happy. This way in May. 3 months later both decoders are still debitted from my account. Why? Sort out your issues and do your work please. This is a simple job that you have thete are no excuses. Im not calling you as i always do to remind you to fix your nonsense. Im making a oyblic declaration. Sort it out. Get a brain or computers will take your jobs.
