BULLIES, *********** SOUTH AFRICANS

While our service was cut off by Multichoice themselves, their state of the art system still shows your decoder is active but you do not have the benefit of watching . In the mean time you have to call them to tell them you have switched off my decoder but i please do want you to switch it off because i can not watch now or pay you now. This is the service you pay for so you can remind them to do their jobs or else you have to pay for something you did not have the benefit off and you are told but there were calls made to us. Yes if your staff record on your system when and why calls are made you will know the reasons and times. We paid in November for viewing in December when the lightning storm hit the tv and decoder hence we called Multichoice to find out what to do a couple of times as your very competent staff had us make several calls. On 28 December it was diconnected due to no payment which was correct but why did we still have to call to say please disconnect because we have not paid? Where in this world have you heard of this kind of thing? You disconnected and we did not have the benefit of watching so i do not understand why you still insist that we pay for no viewing because your system showed that the decoder which was hit by lighting and disconnected by yourselfs was active? Please can we have proof of this?
