BULL SERVICE
The dstv service is the despicable thing you will experience. I have been paying on /off for compact plus but never got to watch anything for the past couple of months and on the 17th of April i just decided to call and find out why and i got to find out that no package is linked to my account and i was told to wait48hrs. Today 20/04/2024 i have been calling and speaking to different consultants and all just put me on hold. i have calling x4 times. Aniti Ndamase & Babalwa Nzanza was the last agents after calling now for the 5th time and just hang up on me. They put you on hold knowing that there is a timer on their system to route the call back to them incase you decide to speak to their supervisor and eventually they just hang up the call. DSTV must pay me back for all the time that i have paid and never got to watch anything. its been months now. I was not provided a reference number for my call...
