Bull **** Disney Plus+ that i didn't sign up for it.

I have a DTSV Account and i have been paying a thing called Disney Plus+ which i didn't subscribe to? I need to know how was that activated and i want all the money take for that thing as i didn't subscribe i need it in writing, On how do they go about activating something without my consent, As my dstv has stopped and called why and they say short payment how? as it's just expensive for BS.
