Broken Steaming Service, no Refund

I subscribed/paid for a streaming service, only to find that the channels has not updated on my account or device, I have tried all the necessary steps offered by support agent Zama, and no luck. They are not willing to offer me a refund even though I canceled my account and did not stream any channels. thanks for nothing.
