BROKEN DECODER
In short. My decoder's HDMI port is not working. Technisions have been here confirming that it is irrepairable. Phoned On Air an affiliate of multichoice/DSTV asking them what to do,they said that they would<br> Phone me back with an answer. As there is no point for me of paying my monthly installment for something that is not working. Would like to know if they are going to replace the decoder or not. As of this exact moment <br> Nobody has phoned me with an answer after numerous calls to them from me and them PROMISING me to get back to me ...still NOTHING. The sad part is, is that my account is up to date and they never had any problems with that. Lastly i would like to know where and how they got my information and who gave them the right to call me. <br> I see this as POOR POOR BAD SERVICE ON their behalf. I sincerely hope you can help.
