Broke my decoder

Please explain how you automatically (and without consent) do a software upgrade on my dual view PVR knowing that it's no longer supported, causing it to crash. I must now buy 2 decoders to replace it . I never asked for the software upgrade. You should support the device or replace it with a product free of charge that you do support. Seems like an easy way for you to make money - just sabotage old devices
