Bring back the channels
Good afternoon.
I've sent several complains there but I didn't get any joy. Multichoice was accusing standard bank of reversing my debit order in June month, on the 19/06/2023 they switched off my channels. On the 21/06/2023 I made cash payment at Pep store and went to standard bank and the consultant informed me that THERE WAS NO REVERSAL made by the bank as multichoice was claiming that. On the 22/ 06/2023 I requested the bank to reverse my R511.00 beacuse I've made cash payment of R545.00 at Pep store. They said part of it they decided to switch off my channels off with my R545.00. Hence the refused to refund me my R545.00 can't the give me back my channels for a . month because they said they don't owe me anything
